PU Adhesive Foam

DESCRIPTION

LOTFIX® F31 is an one-component ready-to-use polyurethane adhesive foam which to be used by gun or manually. It is a bonding material that replaces cement-based adhesives, it is ideal for bonding all types of insulation materials and boards onto walls, it provides excellent adhesion to most building materials like insulation boards (EPS/XPS), styrofoam, bricks and blocks etc.

KEY FEATURES

•  One component, ready-to-use.

•  Excellent adhesion to most building materials (except PA, PE, silicone and Teflon).

•  Hardens quickly and fitter does not require any other tools.

•  The construction time is shorter compared with cement-based adhesives.

•  Lower costs, with one aerosol can, 10 m² of wall surface can be covered with insulation panels.

USES

•  For mounting heat insulation panels and filling gaps during adhesive application.

•  Recommended for wooden type construction materials adhesion to concrete, metal etc.

•  Mounting and isolation for frames of windows and doors.

SHELF LIFE

12 months in cool dry conditions between +5°C to +30°C. Transport and store shall always in an upright position (to avoid blockage of the valve).
