LOTFIX F31 Expandable PU Adhesive Foam is a one-component polyurethane adhesive foam designed for bonding, fixing, and gap filling in building applications. Unlike standard PU expanding foam that mainly focuses on sealing, F31 is developed as an adhesive solution for mounting insulation materials and boards with cleaner application and faster site operation.
It is suitable for bonding insulation boards such as EPS and XPS, as well as styrofoam, bricks, and blocks onto walls and other common building surfaces. It can be applied by gun or manually and is designed to support efficient installation work where adhesion performance and practical application speed both matter.
F31 is designed as a bonding material for insulation boards and similar building materials, not only as a gap-filling foam.
It can replace cement-based adhesive in suitable applications and helps shorten construction time with a simpler installation process.
One aerosol can can cover about 10 m² of wall surface with insulation panels, making supply and on-site planning more practical.
