LOTFIX B1 Fire Rated PU Expanding Foam is a one-component self-extinguishable polyurethane foam developed for filling, sealing, and insulating in applications where higher fire-retardant performance is required. Classified as B1 according to DIN 4102-1, it is especially suitable for the installation of fire doors, as well as sealing frames, gaps, joints, and common construction openings.
Designed for both gun type and manual type use, this product combines practical mounting and sealing performance with thermal and acoustical insulation support. It adheres well to a wide range of common building surfaces and is suitable for regular installation work where a fire-rated PU foam is preferred.
